* If you arrive after the final reception time, the duration of the course may be shortened.

* Treatment services cannot be provided to customers under the influence of alcohol.

*Not all of our therapists speak English so we will communicate and explain with translator and gestures during our treatment.

Please understand that such may cause you inconvenience and uncomfortableness during our service.

* The acceptable forms of payment are cash, Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners Union pay and Discover.

*Our treatment at our spa are not medical treatments. If you are currently undergoing treatment or have any symptoms you are concerned about,

we recommend that you consult your doctor in advance.

* Please present the taxi receipt on the day of your visit.

 – Valid for one receipt per person.

  – For groups of two or more, valid for one receipt per group.

* Not applicable on days other than the day of treatment.

* Applicable only to customers using our treatment services.

* Maximum limit: ¥2,000.

* Taxi fares for the return trip are not covered by this service.

Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service.

No shows within 30 min of your appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of your scheduled service.
